PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

PAYMENT OF ORDER

For all cakes ordered, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. This deposit is non-refundable

The full balance of the order is settled in full on collection of your order.

No cake may be taken until payment has been made in full.

As all cakes are specific individual designs, a copy of the specification and artist's impression will be sent for you to agree as part of your terms and conditions. We shall also agree a collection date.

Total order value is the full price of the cake to the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If an order is cancelled, the following will apply:

If cancellation is over 16 weeks before the agreed collection date, no further monies will be payable to Creative Cakes By Chris.

If cancellation occurs between 4 to 16 weeks before the agreed collection date then 75% of the total order value (less deposit paid) will be payable to Creative Cakes By Chris.

If cancellation occurs under 4 weeks before the agreed collection date then 100% of the total order value (less deposit paid) will be payable to Creative Cakes By Chris.

COLLECTION OF GOODS

Customers are requested to pay, check and collect the order on the agreed collection date.

As the order is subject to specific individual requirements it is the responsibility of the customer to fully examine the goods before removing them from the premises. Once the customer has left the premises it is deemed that they have accepted the goods and they are therefore non-refundable.

Specific storage instructions will be given to each customer upon collection.
